Today I was blessed to have a good experience with a copy place. I needed to get some drawings printed for an architecture project that I'm working on and it went so smoothly. I emailed the files, picked them up, and they were printed just how I wanted. I've had so many problems in the past that it was a breath of fresh air and a blessing to have everything go so smoothly.
